Engagement for organizations who want proactive influence and relationship-building alongside monitoring, but do not have an active priority in mind that will be a heavy legislative lift.

Attend and monitor committee hearings, stakeholder meetings, and briefings in person on your behalf, and send summaries as needed
Consultation related to legislation that you are both in favor of and opposed to
Testimony, talking points, and other materials would be on an as needed basis
Advocacy Influence
Advocacy support for organizations who have a proactive bill or budget priority they want to advocate for and who want to maximize their presence, influence, and policy wins at the Texas Capitol.
This tier includes:

Monthly summary report of developments, trends, and upcoming advocacy or policymaking opportunities
Strategic reviews of the legislative and policy landscape as needed
